Discussion and dialogue with other faiths and beliefs is an area of work that NMS considers to be very important. This priority is in light of a diverse society that we live in and the need to play a role in promoting community cohesion and harmony.

We work closely with the various organisations which include West Midlands Faith Forum and co-ordinate with the Nuneaton and Bedworth section regularly. We are affiliated members of Nuneaton & Bedworth Local Ethnic Minority Forum as well the Local Ethnic Minority Advisory Council (LEMAC). As a result of these close working relationships we are engaged in a dialogue with the wider communities around us on a regular basis.

We co-ordinate our work across the West Midlands Region and nationally with bodies that share our aims and objectives.

A great deal of our time is spent explaining Islam to those that are not Muslim. Through this discussion and debate we learn about the processes of other faiths around us, allowing us to continuously build a better understanding of how we can co-exist together in harmony.
